Today marks the 30th World Wetlands Day. Sinopec has never ceased its efforts to protect the wetland ecosystems around the world. We carried out clean and quiet operations in the Murchison Falls National Park — Albert Lake Wetland in Uganda to safeguard wildlife habitats. We protect mangroves and coastal forests in Cameroon to build a green and ecological homeland. We help preserve the populus euphratica forest in the upstream wetlands of the Tarim River in Xinjiang to nourish the Gobi ecosystem. We carried out ecological restoration in the Yellow River Delta Wetland to safeguard the migratory bird sanctuary.
