Autumn has not yet faded, and the first frost has fallen. 🍂 Today marks Frost’s Descent, or Shuang Jiang, the 18th of the 24 Solar Terms. As an old saying goes, “It’s better to nourish the body during Frost’s Descent than in winter.” 🍵 This is the ideal time to replenish energy, alleviate autumn dryness, and boost the body's strength. 🌞

In China, persimmons ripen into sweet, mellow, and fragrant fruits. In Saudi Arabia, dates, apples, grapes, oranges, and bananas are in season, filling the air with their sweet fragrance. 🌼
