Amid evolving conditions, Sinopec has accelerated its transformation into an integrated energy service provider, offering oil, gas, hydrogen, and electricity services to meet the diverse energy needs of car owners through features such as one-click navigation, one-click payment, self-refueling appointments, and one-click charging. At the same time, the Company remains focused on understanding consumer needs and continuously innovating its service models at integrated energy service stations to further enhance the "people, cars, and lifestyle" ecosystem.

Furthermore, Sinopec has expedited the development of a nationwide charging network by integrating data-driven scenarios, enabling customers to charge their vehicles across the country using the one-click charging feature on the "Easy Joy" app. The Company has also expanded its consumer channels with services such as "Easy Joy to Car" , "Easy Joy to Home" and "Easy Joy Self-Pickup" to create smart retail consumption scenarios. Guided by the philosophy of  "service-oriented operations + platform value-add, " Sinopec has also launched online platforms such as Easy Joy Mall and Easy Joy International, along with the "Special China" initiative, providing customers with an array of digital and convenient services.

Shopping services

Easy Joy continues to optimize its convenience store product lineup, focusing on practicality and convenience. The brand prioritizes high-potential categories, emphasizes top-selling items, and develops unique products with competitive advantages while introducing popular and trending items. Easy Joy has also developed new high-quality products, including household essentials, environmentally friendly chemical products, and specialty items leveraging its unique strengths. Signature high-quality products include Zhuomaquan, Changbaishan Tianquan, Lai Mao Liquor, and Oulu Tissue. The brand has also successfully launched a range of well-received private labels such as Easy Joy Coffee, Sanrenxuan Liquor, and Jinchun Functional Beverages, and is gradually expanding its private label lines under names like Yizhenxuan, Yijiaxiang, and Yixiangjia. In addition, Easy Joy Convenience Stores regularly host nationwide themed promotional events, such as the Easy Enjoyment Festival and New Year Shopping Festival, offering consumers special discounts and preferential benefits.

Car maintenance services

Easy Joy has leveraged its strengths by using energy services as a connection point and fulfilling customer needs as its mission to steadily expand its auto service offerings from what began with basic car washes to a comprehensive, one-stop service covering car washes, maintenance, and repairs. Today, its service brand, "Easy Joy Car Maintenance", operates over 9,500 stores and provides more than 150 million car washes annually, establishing itself as the largest self-operated car wash network in China.

Catering services

Easy Joy has actively pursued innovation in its catering business by partnering with globally renowned brands, adopting an innovative small-store model, optimizing kitchen layouts, and enhancing its energy service stations' adaptability. Additionally, Easy Joy has integrated food safety management systems from leading catering brands to establish its own management system, which covers risk assessment, raw material control, operational standards, training guidelines, standardized implementation, and restaurant support, providing consumers with a full range of dining options, including dine-in, drive-thru, and takeaway services. At present, Easy Joy operates over 1,600 catering outlets, featuring more than 100 internationally recognized brands.

Convenience services

Easy Joy has expanded its in-store service offerings across various provinces and cities to cater to local needs, providing travel information, express delivery, mobile phone charging, and other convenient services. Its goal is to deliver "attentive, warm, and considerate" value-added experiences through a variety of thoughtful and efficient services. In addition, leveraging its integrated energy service stations, Easy Joy has introduced the "Driver's Home" and "Love Station" programs, offering dedicated public welfare services for truck drivers and sanitation workers.
