At the beginning of 2008, the South China was hit by heavy snow and icy rains. The Group launched the emergency plan in time and employed every means to satisfy oil needs from disaster-hit regions, and provided aid to disaster-stricken units and people.

As part of the efforts for the anti-disaster campaign, the Group made great efforts to expand resources and increase its distribution and transportation capability to ensure the service stations from out of stock or quotas sale. The Group also dispatched small-volume cargo vehicles or its staff to convey oil products to those on-the-road vehicles in urgent need of fuel supply, as well as to provide aid to staggered and quake-stricken vehicles and people. Besides, the Group organized donations to the disaster-hit provinces and donated a total of 27 million yuan by two batches.
