Customer Relation Management System (CRM) serves as a platform through which Sinopec Chemical Products Sales Company communicates with customers online. This platform enables customers to enjoy fast business application, instant information checking and expedite feedback; customers could deliver or see about the annual, monthly or daily sales plans. Information about sales orders, capital exchanges and balance could be collected through CRM. Customers have access to all the latest corporate news and can participate in service evaluation and market research or deliver suggestions to the company. The platform enables sales managers to process transactions online and significantly enhances efficiency.

Up to now, the 1st stage of CRM project has been completed, with more function models including price adjustment, contract management, commission management, market research, technological service, product database, E-business platform and PDA application, etc., to be added to the system as business develops.
